June 13, 2024
Two family-owned Propane providers have finalized an agreement that welcomes Propane Energy Solution’s Thunder Bay serviced customers into the Morgan Fuels family of customers, effective June 19, 2024.
The acquisition by Morgan Fuels of the Propane Energy Solutions Thunder Bay facility will allow a seamless offering of propane by Morgan Fuels from the Manitoba border, through the Thunder Bay area and east across the north shore of Lake Superior and Hwy 11 communities.
Each of Morgan Fuels local offices are staffed by team members who live and work in the communities they operate within. Morgan Fuels is committed to building and maintaining strong customer relationships in new and existing markets. Family values and community-mindedness remain essential to its success and guide business decisions. Propane Energy Solutions has similar values and appreciation for safety and customer service.
Propane Energy Solutions customers will continue to receive the same great service by the same great people. No service interruptions are anticipated during this transition. Through this acquisition, Propane Energy Solutions’ Thunder Bay operation will continue to operate and will transition to be known as Morgan Fuels. Our office is open, come by and see us.
Understanding that Northern Ontario is a distinct, demanding location for delivery of fuels, lubricants and propane, Morgan Fuels believes “joining with Propane Energy Solutions’ Thunder Bay office and their Team will continue to raise the level of service we can provide our current and future customers “says Darrell Morgan, President of Morgan Fuels. “It will be an honour to work closer with the Thunder Bay based team and the customers we serve.”
